About On Site Therapy
Our Approach
On Site Therapy® LLC is pioneering the method for enhancing human performance at work. The genesis of Ergonomics & Fatigue Management Solutions is founded on years of clinical experience within the fields of occupational ergonomics, lymphatic therapy and work analysis.
Whether considering a need to maximize work performance, reduce workplace musculoskeletal injuries, or establish ergonomic improvements in production & efficiency, you must first have methods to address the physiological impact of time AND fatigue.
OST™ Occupational Compression Wear
Designed by Charles Letchworth, Occupational Therapist Certified Lymphatic Therapist and Robert Lisson, Occupational Therapist and expert in the field of Work Analysis and Ergonomics, On Site Therapy® Occupational Compression Wear is designed to address the physical and physiological demands encountered at work .
Our OST™ Power Arm Sleeves were designed to specifically address repetitive upper extremity demands and constructed with our proprietary gradient compression level of 13-18 mmHg. This Occupational Compression Wear provides a worker full day comfort, joint support, and aides in the return venous blood and lymphatic fluid from the muscles being repeatedly contracted. Simultaneously arterial perfusion of oxygenated blood is supplied to the muscles aiding both endurance and recovery.
OST™ Performance Socks are optimal for the work environment due to the demands of prolonged standing. Per OSHA these workplace hazards reduce blood flow to the legs, force isolated muscles to work for an extended time, and increases the risk of fatigue and varicose veins. As the hydro-static pressure in the lower leg increases, OST™ Performance Sock compression level of 15-20 mmHg is ideal for aiding the venous and lymphatic return. The physiological benefits of using compression socks has widely been proven and demonstrated preference over anti-fatigue mats.
Our occupational compression garments may:
- Improve muscle efficiency & endurance
- Reduce fatigue
- Increase productivity
- Decrease risk of both workplace & sports injuries
Programs
Our proprietary Occupational Programs offers the ability to properly introduce the use of compression products in today’s workplace. On Site Therapy can work with an employer’s existing on site safety, health, and injury prevention professionals as well as with any third-party on site service providers.
