Pilot Programs

Pilot Programs are designed to provide corporate entities a structured standardized method to trial the OST Power Arm Sleeves and/or Performance Socks. The process includes Fitter education to Safety, Occupational Health, Production Leads or Supervisors on ergonomic benefits, method of measurement, and how to select the best fit for your employees. Baseline Pre-Surveys are collected from each of the participants. Following the size and selection, instruction on how to put on & remove, wear & care instruction, the worker participants will use the sleeves during work activity for a period of 3-4 weeks. Post-Surveys are collected and the data is compiled for comparison. All surveys are anonymous and the data analysis consists of group comparison.
