FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURN
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund.You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise.
If the original packaging is still available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box. *

Please be prepared to reply as to what items and how many items you are returning or exchanging and an email address to send the shipping label too.
*If you are not using the original box to return your items when contacting On Site Therapy You will need to know what size (L x H x W inches) the box is that you will use to return your items when you call. This information will aid in getting you the correct shipping label to attach to your box.
You will be assigned a tracking number and a shipping label will be emailed to you.
After receiving your label please print and affix to the label to the shipping box and either schedule a pick up (for UPS®) or drop at your nearest USPS for Postal Service or UPS® location.
Some items can not be returned if they are worn. These include Compression socks and garments .
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
